from the current of cash dividend shall be listed
as the Company's other income. In case of any
change in the per-share cash dividend as a result
of the fact that repurchase of the Company's shares,
the treasury stock is transferred or deleted, or
carries out a cash capital increase, which further
affects the number of the Company's outstanding
shares. The chairman shall be authorized to adjust the
shareholder's cash dividend rate according to the
distribution amount adopted for this proposal and the
number of the Company's actual outstanding shares.

share ownership before 4:30 p.m. on April 24,2026.
For the registered mailer operation, the postmark
date of April 26,2026 will be considered valid.

handled through “eNotice Platform” by the Taiwan
Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC).

register their consent to receive electronic
notifications of dividend distribution via the
eNotice Platfrom one business day prior to the
Ex-right/ Ex-dividend book closure date (i.e.,
before April 23, 2026).By doing so,shareholders
can receive the dividend distribution notice via
