Cash dividends NT$540,953,430, per share distributed
NT$3.65(NT$3,650 per thousand shares). Furthermore,
the cash dividend shall be calculated to the nearest
dollar and the decimal figures shall be rounded off.
The amount rounded off from the current of cash
dividend shall be listed as the Company's other income.
In case of any change in the per-share cash dividend
as a result of the fact that repurchase of the
Company's shares, the treasury stock is transferred
or deleted, or carries out a cash capital increase,
which further affects the number of the Company's
outstanding shares. The chairman shall be authorized
to adjust the shareholder's cash dividend rate
according to the distribution amount adopted for this
proposal and the number of the Company's actual
outstanding shares.

dividend distribution via the eNotice Platfrom one
business day prior to the Ex-right/Ex-dividend book
closure date (i.e.,before July 11, 2023). By doing
so,shareholders can receive the dividend distribution
notice via email,contributing to environmental
protection and carbon reduction. (For those who
provide their consent after July 12,2023,the
electronic notification will apply to the next
dividend distribution.)
